Medical Care

Medical Mission OutreacAre you a doctor, dentist, nurse, veterinarian, physical therapist or other healthcare provider with an interest in serving a community in a way that most people cant ?

Are you a pre-health student (pre-med, pre dental, pre veterinarian) or aspiring medical professional looking to enhance your skill set and/or gain experience in another community across the globe through a healthcare volunteer abroad trip?
Are you willing to take part in the effort to bring first-rate healthcare to people who usually don’t have the regular opportunity to see a doctor or other healthcare provider?
If any of these applies to you, medical volunteering may be the perfect chance for you to volunteer abroad with Africompassion while also putting your hard-earned, specialized skills to use for people who don’t have reliable access to advanced medical careOur medical outreach is a primary care program designed to provide care to village children and sick people with its primary goal to create a RENEWAL HEALTH CARE NETWORK throughout the ministry projects that improves the health of the communities in which we serve.

In partnership with the local church, our team establishes the community needs and goals for improving village health. The goodwill created draws people to the church, and the spiritual life of the community is enriched. From this beginning, other healthcare services are provided that further increase the quality of living in the village. First, our goal is to bring honor and glory to God, by bringing others to Him. We try our best through medical missions to make the presentation of the Gospel in a way, that each person knows that it does not only benefit their medical treatment, or appease us for them to simply “pray a prayer” that they are taught.

We try to work with the people having sincere burden  with the people’s problem and those who are willing to present the Gospel to each person one on one. At the mission points during medical outreach, we help provide Bibles and Gospel tracts for their use after they have got treatment. Secondly, our goal is to be of assistance to the churches. We realize  that our time on the field is short, but the pastors have dedicated to serve the Lord there for as long as He directs. Therefore, we abide by the Pastors standards of conduct and dress. Everything that we do is done in the name of that church, so that all attention is drawn to the work being done by the local church not us.
